Four new hires at Solar Liberty!

Robert S. Gauchat was named Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing at Solar Liberty. Rob will oversee sales and marketing efforts, including strategic planning and new business development. With more than 20 years of technical sales and marketing management experience he received his M.B.A.  and A.A.S., Engineering Technology from the University at Buffalo and his B.S.B.A. in Marketing from John Carroll.

Andrew J. Weber, E.M.I.T. was named Project Administrator at Solar Liberty. He will handle project details for all large-scale commercial installations. Responsibilities include project scheduling, installation logistics, equipment pricing, electrical inspections and permitting approvals. Andres has extensive experience in utility-scale wind energy projects and recently completed a comprehensive training program for Energy Managers through the Association of Energy Engineers. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from DePaul University.

Alan J. Pilarski, joined Solar Liberty as a Mechanical Engineer. He will handle system designs for residential and commercial installations. Day-to-day responsibilities will also include working closely with the Electrical Engineers on system size and wiring diagrams. Alan received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree, with a concentration on Renewable and Clean Energy, from the University of Dayton. Currently, he is working on his Masters degree with a focus on Renewable and Clean Energy, and a concentration in Solar Design/Engineering and Installation.

Yu Chen, became an Electrical Engineer with Solar Liberty. She will design project specific wiring diagrams and oversee electrical details on both commercial and residential solar installations. She received her M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and her B.S. in Control Science and Engineering from Shandong University in China.
