JAMESTOWN, N.Y. Solar Chautauqua is offering reduced pricing for affordable solar panel installations to Chautauqua County residents and businesses. They provide information on State and Federal solar tax credits, guide you through the selection of the best solar energy system, and offer a variety of financing and leasing options. The Solar Chautauqua program is organized by the Chautauqua County Department of Planning and Economic Development in coordination with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). It was launched in October of last year and will end in March 2018.

With savings on monthly electric bills, the average homeowner will recover their investment in six to eight years.
